2 Policy:

2.1 Any user of the ASDA website must accept the terms of this policy as a condition of using the ASDA website. User’s must abide by the terms of this policy.

2.2 Any user who does not accept or wish to abide by the terms of this policy should refrain from using the ASDA website.

2.3 Any user who is found to have wilfully contravened the terms of this policy may be permanently restricted from using the ASDA website. In the event that a contravention of this policy constitutes an unlawful act ASDA will report the contravention to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

2.4 Users may not use the ASDA website to make unsolicited offers or proposals or to send junk mail to users of the ASDA website, or any other person

2.6 Users of the ASDA website may not knowingly damage or interfere with the operation of the ASDA website, or any user's enjoyment of the ASDA website, by any means, including uploading or otherwise disseminating viruses, worms or other harmful code.

2.7 Users may not; disable, circumvent, avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate, impair or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the ASDA website.

2.8 Users may not; disable, circumvent, avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate, impair or otherwise interfere with any features that enforce restrictions or limitations on use of the ASDA website

2.9 Users may not; disable, circumvent, avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate, impair or otherwise interfere with any features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or other material accessible through use of the ASDA website.

2.10 Users may not use the ASDA website to upload, or otherwise make available, files that contain images, photographs, software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (including, by way of example and not limitation, copyright or trademark laws) or by rights of privacy or publicity, unless you own or control the rights or have received all necessary consent to do so.

2.11 Users may not use the ASDA website to download any file posted by another user that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally reproduced, displayed, performed, and/or distributed in this manner.

2.12 Users may not access or use the ASDA website in violation of any local, state, national, or international law, including, without limitation, laws governing the provision of financial services, data protection and privacy, and export or import control.
